Roy Pearce is a partner in the Moscow office of Baker & McKenzie and a member of the International Capital Markets Group. Roy represents issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions, including debt restructurings, with a focus on Russia, the broader CIS regions and central and eastern Europe.
