Reinhard K. Stary (Austrian and Swiss Citizen), Strategy and Capital Markets Advisor, has got more than 20 years of international experience in board level advisory and leadership positions in Financial Services, Consulting, IT Services, Real Estate Services and Private Equity. For the last 12 month he acted as Advisor to the Chairman/Chief Strategy Officer of CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW. His more recent positions include COO International Businesses at Zurich Financial Services Group, Deputy CEO and CEO of two Russian insurance companies; Managing Partner of a startup PE venture and Managing Director of a Corporate Finance Boutique with a focus on CEE/CIS; additionally he has been an advisor to privately held Swiss and Russian based technology and service companies.
Mr. Stary graduated from the Vienna University of Economics with a Master in Economic and Social Sciences and holds a dual MBA degree from London Business School (distinction) and Columbia Business School (Beta Gama Sigma Honors).
In February 2011 he was awarded “Foreign Manager of the Year” in Russia by RBK Media Group. Mr. Stary is a regular speaker at conferences on financial services industry and capital market topics.
