Natalia is a partner in our banking and finance practice. She has extensive experience representing clients in Russian finance transactions, including asset-based financings, trade finance, acquisition finance and pre-export finance. Natalia has represented leading international freight and passenger carriers, export credit agencies, as well as banks and other credit institutions in their business investments inter alia in the Russian transportation sector. Natalia also has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including in privatizations, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals, as well as regulatory and licensing issues, real estate, intellectual property and general corporate/commercial law in Russia and the CIS. Natalia is recommended for banking and finance, in Legal 500’s most recent edition – with clients praising her “ability to find solutions in complicated structural deals.” She graduated, with honors, from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, International Law Faculty and speaks Russian, English and French.
