Natalia Drebezgina is a partner in the Moscow office and a member of the Corporate Department. She focuses on M&A, general corporate practice, capital market transactions, and commercial and contract law. She has extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic clients on various aspects of the acquisition of shares and participatory interests in Russian companies, including antimonopoly and regulatory matters; negotiating asset and share deals conducting pre- and post- acquisition due diligence reviews of Russian companies in various industries, including gold-mining and oil and gas sector; advising foreign and domestic clients on various issues with respect to their shareholdings’ structuring.
Ms. Drebezgina joined the firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2011. Ms. Drebezgina graduated with honours from Moscow State Institute for International Relations (MGIMO), International Law Faculty in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Drebezgina worked as an associate for a leading UK law firm in Moscow.
Ms. Drebezgina is fluent in Russian, English and German.
