Michael is responsible for Citi Depositary Receipts business development in Russia and CIS. He joined Citi team in 2011 from J.P. Morgan where he was a Relationship Manager covering Russian Clients initially from New York, and then from Moscow. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Michael spent few years working with leading on-line FX broker in institutional sales, concentrating on sub-brokerage relationships, white labeling, and money management.
Michael holds BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Kazakh National Technical University and BA in Economics and Computer Science from Queens College, New York. Previous to banking, Michael was a professional athlete and a coach (water polo).
