Ms Consolver, resident in London, is an experienced Director in the natural resources industry. In 2013, Brummell magazine honored her as one of 30 inspirational women on Boards in London.

She currently serves on the Advisory Board of Mildwaters Consulting, based in the UK, providing services to the oil and gas industry globally. Until recently, she was on the board of Russian Platinum, Plc, a mining company headquartered in Moscow, chairing the Nominations Committee and the Working Committee on Corporate Governance and serving on the Audit, Remuneration and Operational Risk Committees.

During her 20 years as a senior executive at Mobil Corporation (now ExxonMobil), she served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of 7 global downstream companies, heading operations in Asia, the Pacific Rim, Latin and South America and the Caribbean; as International Treasurer, managing $2 billion of cash flow for Africa, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific; as Corporate Secretary, leading a worldwide secretariat of 240 and managing NYSE and other world side stock exchange listings for over 250,000 stockholders, disbursing over $850 million of dividends; and as Head of Global Legal Services, leading attorneys providing services in 90 countries. In connection with her work, she travelled across 6 continents to 65 countries.

In London, she frequently speaks on Board matters and has been featured at the InovaBRICS Conference, the Financial Times Non-Executive Club and the Institute of Directors Business Roundtable.

In support of women’s leadership, she has served as Chair of The International Women’s Forum UK, a ‘by invitation only” organisation honoring women leaders in Great Britain, of which she is a member. It is affiliated with the International Women’s Forum, a global network of over 5000 women leaders in 66 Forums from 26 nations - on whose worldwide Board she has served. Recently, she was elected to the Board of Vital Voices Global Partnership, a preeminent NGO, that identifies and trains emerging women leaders worldwide.

She began her career with Cravath, Swaine & Moore, a preeminent New York City law firm. Upon receiving her law degree from Wisconsin University, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class, she was the first woman appointed to clerk for the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
