Darina is our Capital Markets practice leader in the Moscow office. She focuses on international capital markets and securities transactions and regularly represents underwriters, issuers and placing agents in a variety of Rule 144A/Regulation S debt and equity offerings. Darina has particular experience with SEC-registered issuances, NYSE listings and registration matters. In the recent edition of Chambers Global 2014 Darina was recommended for her excellent client service. "Not only is she a strong lawyer who is very good at detail, she is also a great relationship manager," the clients say. Prior to joining the Firm, Darina worked in the capital markets group at one of the UK’s Magic Circle law firms in Moscow. In addition, Darina was a member of the capital markets group at a leading law firm in New York, where she represented underwriters and issuers in transactions involving commercial mortgage backed securities. Darina received her JD degree at New York University School of Law.
