Bill Beller joined Sberbank CIB in January 2013 from UniCredit Bank AG where he was Head of EEMEA Equity Derivatives Flow Trading. He and his team were responsible for working with institutional clients across the UniCredit franchise, focusing mainly on Russia, Poland, Turkey and other CEE markets.

Mr. Beller started his career in the early 90s working for a number of brokerage houses in Germany before moving to Citibank. In early 2000 he was appointed Vice President at Citibank AG in Frankfurt where he managed the German Equity Options Trading team. He then moved to Citigroup Global Markets in London where he traded options with corporate clients in a variety of sectors before taking over as head of EEMEA Equity Derivatives Trading. In this position he was responsible for building up the company’s trading platform for institutional, corporate and private banking clients, both in EEMEA and internationally.
