Anton Malkov is a Managing Director at Sberbank CIB, Equity Capital Markets. Having started with legal aspects at Cleary Gottlieb in 2005, he transitioned to investment banking in 2007 and worked for Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan. Anton holds Ph.D. in economics and a degree in law. He is an author of treatise on structuring and pricing of Russian equity offerings and actively participates in Russia's financial market regulatory and infrastructure reform.
