BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Booking confirmation and invoice: You will receive acknowledgement of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration.

Payment: Payments must be received in full before 21 March 2014. UK VAT is not applied to payments made to the UK account. Payments made to the account in Kazakhstan will be subject to Kazakh taxes, Bank commission charges and Exchange rates. All credit card payments are subject to 3% charge. AMEX card payments are not accepted.

Cancellation policy:
• Any cancellations received 48 hours before arrival is free of charge.
• Any late cancellations (after 48 hours) or no-shows are subject to 100% charge of the full first night room rate.

Additional information: Hotel check in time – 2 pm (14.00). Hotel check out time – 12 noon (12.00). In order to guarantee direct access to the room upon early arrival (before 2 pm) the room has to be booked the night prior.
